What happens during the brand strategy process?
The brand strategy process consists of four phases:
Discovery session - In -depth conversation about your vision, mission and goals
Market research - Analysis of target group, competitors and market position
Positioning workshop - Defining your unique value proposition
Strategy document - Complete brand strategy as a basis for visual design

How long does a complete brand identity project take?
A complete brand identity project takes an average of 6-10 weeks:
Week 1-2 : Brand strategy & research
Week 3-4 : Concept development of first directions & refinement and feedback processing
Week 5-6 : Elaboration of complete identity system
Week 7 : Finalization and delivery all files
Shorter lead times are possible for urgent projects, but quality always goes for speed.

Do you also work with international brands?
Yes, although I am located in Belgium, I regularly work with companies from the Netherlands, France, Germany and other European countries. Thanks to digital tools, we can effectively work together, regardless of the location. For international projects I take into account cultural differences and local market conditions.

How many concepts do I see?
After the strategy phase I usually present 3 different creative directions. Each direction shows a different approach to your brand position. After feedback we choose the best direction for further elaboration together. This ensures focus and prevents infinite adjustment rounds.

How does the feedback and adjustment phase go?
Feedback is structured in fixed rounds. After each presentation you get time to reflect and collect feedback from your team. I work with a maximum of 3 feedback rounds per phase to keep the process efficient. All feedback is recorded in writing to prevent misunderstandings.

Do you also work with B2B companies?
Certainly! B2B brands often have unique challenges: complex target groups, longer sales processes and the need to radiate trust and expertise. I help B2B companies with brand positioning that positions them as the logical choice for their ideal customers.

What about startups and small budgets?
I understand that startups often have limited budgets. That is why I offer various packages, from a basic brand identity to complete rebranding processes. We can always find a solution that fits your phase and budget, without compromising on strategic quality.

Do you work alone or do you have a team?
As a specialized freelancer I personally work on every project, which ensures direct communication and consistent quality. For complex projects I work together with trusted specialists such as copywriters, web developers and photographers. This way you can count on expertise in every area while you have one point of contact.

Are there extra costs that I have to take into account?
No, my quotations are all-in. You do not pay extra costs for adjustments within the agreed rounds, files in different sizes, or basic brand guidelines. Only if you ask extra services afterwards (such as additional application to products), do we discuss this transparently in advance.

How do you plan your projects?
I work with a limited number of customers at the same time to guarantee quality. I usually start new projects within 2-4 weeks of acceptance. For urgent projects I can sometimes start earlier, depending on my schedule.

What if I still need doubt or branding?
Doubt is understandable - Branding is an investment. During the free introductory meeting we analyze together whether and when branding has added value for your company. Sometimes I even recommend waiting if the timing is not optimal. Honesty is paramount.
